What people are saying

“I would absolutely come back! I broke a sweat and challenged myself, and also had so much fun. It felt like a perfect connection of mind body and soul.

This class is great for anyone with a desk job who sits most of the day. However I find it especially helpful for creatives, because you channel creative energy in the process and really take time to tune in and connect with yourself.”

Mitsu M., Writer

“This class not only got my body moving and energy flowing, but it specifically calmed my nervous system and left me feeling rejuvenated.

As a creative, it helped to activate my brain, but truly would be beneficial to anyone in need of a joyful and active reset!”

Amy R., Writer

“Eileen’s class shook all that stagnant energy right out of my body and unlocked a whole new perspective! My mood lifted immediately after class and stayed that way.

I’d show up every single week. This practice is for everyone, but it’s pure magic for creatives who feel blocked and need to shake loose!”

Juliana F., Writer | Actor

“Eileen's class is phenomenal — the perfect way to get out of your head when you're hitting a wall with your writing. Before taking her class, I carried a lot of tension in my body, especially in my shoulders. Afterwards, it felt like a weight had lifted. Every single time, it shifted my mood for the better.

It's a fantastic way to wake up your body in the morning and step into your day with a newfound sense of peace.”

Hi, I’m Eileen.

I'm a TV writer, certified Pilates instructor, and Integrative Somatic Practitioner.

After years of sitting at a laptop, I realized my body needed as much attention as my creative work.

I created Body of Work because I wanted a movement practice designed for people like me—and maybe people like you, too.
